Vyew (http://vyew.com)
I really want to like Vyew. After all, it offers a free web conferencing tool for up to 20 meeting attendees. You can share your desktop, show documents, presentations, or other files, annotate or draw on those files, use webcams or video, and chat. But a service like this is only as good as its support, and I'm sorry to say that Vyew's support is frankly non-existent.
Two weeks ago, I set up an online meeting to show a presentation and demonstrate Vyew for some of my co-workers. Early that morning, I was unable to log into my Vyew room, so I emailed Vyew Support for help. Two weeks later, I *still* haven't heard from them. Needless to say, I was forced to use another, more reliable service for my meeting.
Vyew is a pretty cool site, and is probably okay for informal, on-the-fly meetings. But for formal online meetings where you need to be assured that your meeting site will work, Vyew just doesn't satisfy.
Four Stars for feature set
